ELIZABETH ELLIOT Senior Training and Organizational Change Consultant Elizabeth Elliott offers over 20 years of experience in adult education, training and organizational development. Her strength is a practical approach to the professional development of employees and managers geared toward producing measurable business results. She has extensive experience in managing large organizational change and training projects. As a Senior Training Manager at Bank of America, Liz has partnered with clients in retail and whole sale businesses, sales and operations areas, and staff functions.
