Ms. Harper has 27 years of retail banking experience with an emphasis in marketing and sales. During her tenure with Bank of America, Ms. Harper served as Senior Vice President, National Personal Banking Director where she developed and directed the bank’s Personal Banking program. She also served as retail Bank Marketing Director where she managed all in-store franchise marketing efforts and corporate identification, branch design, and sales collateral and achieved a $28 million increase in revenue in one year.

NATIONAL PERSONAL BANKING DIRECTOR
Bank of America, San Francisco, CA
Appointed by the CEO to create and implement a strategy to achieve high value customer retention and profit growth through the establishment of a nationwide personal banking program. Developed a strategic plan and achieved executive management consensus on all program components. Directed the development of all personnel related parameters including staffing requirements, job descriptions, performance criterion, compensation, recruiting and training. Managed research, analysis, operational and national customer information systems development and marketing activities supporting the successful integration of the program as a separate delivery channel into existing bank structures.

CALIFORNIA RETAIL BANK MARKETING DIRECTOR
Bank of America, San Francisco, CA
Developed and implemented marketing and sales strategies to increase consumer market share, retention and revenue growth. Accomplished unprecedented performance of 89,428 net new checking accounts opened in a calendar year.

NATIONAL MERGER COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Bank of America, San Francisco, CA
Responsible for client communications and notification processes related to acquired financial institutions, most significantly, the Security Pacific Bank merger. Developed and issued communication pieces related to client notification, transition issues, rate changes, conversion matters, and account and product information. Successfully directed the entire process, including legal compliance, vendor support and systems support. Achieved 95% customer retention during the Security Pacific merger.

PREFERRED BANKER PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Bank of America, San Francisco, CA
Developed, implemented, and managed BofA’s relationship banking program in California designed to increase share of business in the upscale/high value market segment. Responsible for directing development of all program components including marketing, collateral materials, training, portfolio management system, MIS, and analysis. Cited by the CEO as one of the top ten accomplishments of the corporation.

VICE PRESIDENT, MANAGER: 1987
Wells Fargo Bank
Concurrently managed two retail offices with total combined deposits of $100 million. Developed a strong, professional team and dominated the business sector through achieving 82% of market share. Captured 62% of the consumer market and achieved top income producer for the Division.

PERSONAL BANKING ADMINISTRATOR
Wells Fargo Bank
Created and managed all aspects of the Personal Banking Program. Designed and implemented strategy, supporting systems, certification, training, and operational procedures. This was the first Personal Banking Program in California and is still in existence and successful and Wells Fargo.
