Vice President, National Personal Banking Director where she developed and directed the

where she managed all in-store franchise marketing efforts and corporate identification,
branch design, and sales collateral and achieved a $28 million increase in revenue in one

all program components. Directed the development of all personnel related parameters
including staffing requirements, job descriptions, performance criterion, compensation,
recruiting and training. Managed research, analysis, operational and national customer
information systems development and marketing activities supporting the successful
integration of the program as a separate delivery channel into existing bank structures.
CALIFORNIA RETAIL BANK MARKETING DIRECTOR

Developed and implemented marketing and sales strategies to increase
consumer market share, retention and revenue growth. Accomplished unprecedented
performance of 89,428 net new checking accounts opened in a calendar year.
NATIONAL MERGER COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Bank of America, San Francisco, CA
Responsible for client communications and notification processes related
to acquired financial institutions, most significantly, the Security Pacific Bank merger.
Developed and issued communication pieces related to client notification, transition
issues, rate changes, conversion matters, and account and product information.
Successfully directed the entire process, including legal compliance, vendor support and
systems support. Achieved 95% customer retention during the Security Pacific merger.

Developed, implemented, and managed BofAs relationship banking

$100 million. Developed a strong, professional team and dominated the business sector
through achieving 82% of market share. Captured 62% of the consumer market and achieved

PERSONAL BANKING ADMINISTRATOR

Created and managed all aspects of the Personal Banking Program. Designed
and implemented strategy, supporting systems, certification, training, and operational
procedures. This was the first Personal Banking Program in California and is still in
existence and successful and Wells Fargo.
