J.B. WOODS
President, Advisory Services, Inc.

J.B. Woods, President, heads up the Advisory Services team. He represented Bank of America in providing consulting, training and developing banking skills in the emerging markets, specifically in Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey, the states of the former Soviet Union, Asia and Latin America.

J.B. was formerly the Head of Training for Bank of America that included the Wholesale and Retail business units worldwide. He was responsible for providing training to thirty-five thousand people annually. He held this position from 1985 to 1992, and during his tenure, he restructured training to be line-driven and focused on business requirements.

Throughout his career, he has been associated with large systems and how to change those systems to be more focused on the strategies of the business, and how organizations, structures and training can best support business requirements.

J.B. has a BA in Business and Economics from Chapman College and an MA in Education from University of Redlands.
