• Design and implementation of point factor and multiple regression-based job evaluation programs.
• Design and development of comprehensive salary management systems including customized compensation surveys, job evaluation, job descriptions, salary structures, salary planning and criteria based performance management programs.

Supervise a staff of four involved in the administration and coordination of the California Banking Group’s Executive Compensation programs and personnel processing for approximately 40,000 employees.

Responsible for the design and development of cash compensation, incentive pay, and benefit programs for local nationals in 21 countries in the Latin America Division totaling 3,500 employees. Included responsibility for expatriate programs.

Responsible for the design and administration of all compensation and benefit programs for 450 employees in three Florida counties.

Pay and Classification Manager: 1979-1982
Responsible for compensation program analyses, design, implementation and maintenance for 3,500 employees.
