benefit programs for local nationals in 21 countries in the Latin America Division
totaling 3,500 employees. Included responsibility for expatriate programs.
Flagler Federal Savings & Loan Association
Compensation and Benefits Manager: 1982-1983
Responsible for the design and administration of all compensation and benefit
programs for 450 employees in three Florida counties.
Pinellas County Personnel Department
Pay and Classification Manager:
1979-1982
Responsible for compensation program analyses, design, implementation and
maintenance for 3,500 employees.
