Donald L. Schaefer Jr. Mr. Schaefer has over 30 years of banking experience with an emphasis on operations and back office consolidation within the Retail Bank. During his tenure with Bank of America, Mr. Schaefer was a Vice President and specialist in International Operations. He has implemented various programs in both Domestic and International Retail Branches designed to improve productivity, customer service and increase market share. Mr. Schaefer has planned, developed, and reengineered branch banking by streamlining workflows and back-office consolidation through automation, and by establishing best practice procedures.
