PATRICIA A. TABER Ms. Taber was formerly human resources manager for Bank of Americas offices in Hong Kong, Peoples Republic of China, Taiwan, India, and Sri Lanka, responsible for human resources strategies and programs. She had responsibility for human resources activities for the Asia Division data processing center in Hong Kong, with satellite offices in Singapore and the Philippines. While in Hong Kong, Ms. Taber strategically guided human resources activities in the divestiture of two major businesses of Bank of America. She also supported major business changes during the Security Pacific/Bank of America merger. Her responsibilities included administration of all merger-related activities in the state of Washington.
