B. Do you have a
concrete idea of the goal – that is, what the solution “looks
like” when it’s right?
C. Is the entire
organization – from the Board of Directors, through the
Chairman, CEO, down to line staff – in agreement about the
goal and are they willing to commit the time and resources
necessary to reach it?

Depending on the depth of the problem, anywhere from six
months to several years may be required to make your team
ready to operate independently in its own new risk management
environment.
